Matthew Forys​

Matt has represented both corporate and individual clients in matters involving contractual disputes, personal injury, premises liability, workers compensation, debt collections defense and subrogation. He has defended claims involving auto accidents and slip and fall incidents for both commercial and individual defendants. Matt has a wide array of experience in numerous areas of the law and has successfully argued on behalf of clients in courts throughout the state.

Licensed in New Jersey since 2011, he is a graduate of Pace Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor, and Monmouth University, where he earned a degree in history in 2007.

A member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Matt joined Cutolo Barros in 2022.
