Karyn Kennedy Branco, Esq. specializes in complex civil litigation and mediation including construction defect and director and officer liability litigation. Ms. Kennedy Branco focuses a large part of her practice on the defense of nonprofit corporations and volunteer board members.
Ms. Kennedy Branco is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court, State of New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Ms. Kennedy Branco is a member of the Community Associations Institute (“CAI”) which is a national educational organization for community associations. She has participated on National Amicus projects and as a speaker and author for CAI and its Annual Law Seminar and Conferences. Ms. Kennedy Branco has served as the Chair of the CAI National Attorneys Committee, a member of the National Telecommunications Task Force Committee, Government and Public Affairs Committee, Fair Housing Advocacy Task Force and the Nominating Committee. She presently continues as part of CAI’s Amicus Committee and the New Jersey CAI Legislative Action Committee.
Ms. Kennedy Branco continues to present on issues of mediation, early conflict resolution and issues regarding both the defense of claims and the avoidance of claims, to a variety of audiences, including the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education. Ms. Kennedy Branco has also served as a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
