Karyn Kennedy Branco, Esq. specializes in complex civil litigation and mediation including construction defect and director and officer liability litigation. Ms. Kennedy Branco focuses a large part of her practice on the defense of nonprofit corporations and volunteer board members.
Ms. Kennedy Branco is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court, State of New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University cum laude and her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Ms. Kennedy Branco’s practice focuses on litigation and mediation to assist in the expedient resolution of litigated matters.
Ms. Kennedy Branco is a member of the Community Associations Institute which is a national educational organization for community associations. She has participated on the National Amicus projects, as a speaker and as an author for Community Associations Institute and its Annual Law Seminar and Conferences. Ms. Kennedy Branco has served as the Chair of the Community Associations Institute National Attorneys Committee, a member of the National Telecommunications Task Force committee, Government and Public Affairs Committee, Fair Housing Advocacy Task Force and the Nominating Committee. She presently continues as part of CAI’s Amicus Committee.
Ms. Kennedy Branco continues to present on issues of mediation, early conflict resolution and issues regarding both the defense of claims and the avoidance of claims, to a variety of audiences, including the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Ms. Kennedy Branco has also served as a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
