Mark R. Bittner, Esq. is an associate and has been with the firm since 2016.  Mr. Bittner concentrates his practice in the area of community association law. Mr. Bittner earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science and History. Mr. Bittner received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Bittner served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Dennis V. Nieves, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Criminal Part, Middlesex County. Mr. Bittner is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Bittner is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
