Joseph Capalbo is an Associate Attorney at Cutolo Barros, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Capalbo worked as an Associate Attorney at a Princeton-based commercial litigation firm, where he managed a multi-jurisdictional portfolio of complex matters including breach of contract, debt collection, and restrictive covenant litigation. Earlier in his career, he served as a Regulatory Compliance Officer within the pharmaceutical industry, advising Fortune 500 clients on federal and state compliance laws. Mr. Capalbo also clerked for New Jersey law firms handling Landlord/Tenant, Condominium, and Workers’ Compensation matters.

  At Cutolo Barros, LLC, Mr. Capalbo concentrates his practice in the representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations, handling litigation, collections, and general counsel matters across New Jersey.

  Mr. Capalbo earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he received a Dean’s Full Tuition Merit Scholarship. He holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Political Science and History from Rutgers University. Mr. Capalbo is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
