Mark Taylor is an associate with the firm and brings a decade of complex civil litigation and insurance defense experience.  He has represented national carriers, self-insured and individual clients in matters related to personal injury, premises liability, auto accidents and SIU fraud investigations.  He has experience in real estate, business formation and contract negotiation.  He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.

Mark earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Scranton, a B.A. in History and a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  He earned his law degree from Widener University, graduating with Pro Bono distinction. 

Mark is a committed community leader in his hometown of Red Bank.  He has been elected to serve as a Councilman and again as a Charter Study Commissioner.  He is also the President of the Red Bank Borough Education Foundation which raises money to support S.T.E.A.M. and S.T.E.M. focused projects for Red Bank schoolchildren.
