Amanda Bertan-Chung, Esq. is an associate with the law firm of Cutolo Barros, LLC and concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation and community association law. Amanda was first employed by the firm while she was a high school student at Colts Neck High School and a cadet in the NJROTC unit.

Mrs. Bertan-Chung received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Resource Management and a minor in Watershed and Water Resources from the Pennsylvania State University. Mrs. Bertan-Chung received her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (Pace Law) magnum cum laude with an additional certificate in Environmental Law. While in law school, Amanda served as the Managing Editor of the Pace Law Review, as a legal intern in the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, and as a federal judicial intern to the Hon. Patty Shwartz, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Bertan-Chung served as a law clerk to the Hon. Linda Grasso Jones, J.S.C., Monmouth Vicinage. Mrs. Bertan-Chung is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth Bar Association.
