Our Appellate Practice Group is headed by Gregg S. Sodini, Esq. whose substantial experience in appellate advocacy spans decades.  Mr. Sodini has successfully represented clients in appeals before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of Delaware, the New Jersey Appellate Division, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has numerous published appellate decisions.  We handle civil appellate matters involving contract disputes, construction defects, banking law, insurance coverage, and more.
