Joseph A. Kutschman III, Esq. is a partner with the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of asset recovery, landlord-tenant law, commercial and corporate litigation, and community association law. During his career, Mr. Kutschman has become one of the preeminent lawyers in New Jersey in the area of collections. He currently heads the firm’s collections practice group.

Mr. Kutschman received his Bachelor’s Degree from Mary Washington University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Kutschman served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph L. Foster, J.S.C. and to the Honorable James M. Blaney, J.S.C. Mr. Kutschman was certified as a legal intern in the bankruptcy clinic for Widener University School of Law. After graduating law school, Mr. Kutschman served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul X. Escandon, J.S.C. Mr. Kutschman is admitted to practice in the State Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, American Bar Association.
