Andrew Stein, Esq. primarily represents nonprofit corporations, LLCs, and licensed professionals concerning business transactions and entity selection, formation, and governance. He also litigates commercial and construction disputes.
Mr. Stein earned his BS from Boston University, his JD from Villanova University, and his MBA from the University of Oxford. Mr. Stein sought an MBA to broaden his business law experience to include a more in-depth conversance with corporate reality. While at Oxford, he assisted Dr. Michael Smets with research into how law firms can better serve clients in light of regulatory, competitive, and technological challenges. Mr. Stein was also chosen to speak at the 2016 TEDxOxBridge conference hosted by the University of Cambridge.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Stein served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
